SaaS Implementation
Manager
The Implementation Manager oversees the successful onboarding of a client and deployment of the solution beginning with a detailed project plan and timeline all the way over the conduction of all the necessary workshops (Kick-Off, User Training etc.) to the project’s completion and sign-off. The Implementation Manager coordinates the activities of the cross-functional implementation team and ensures that the project stays on track and that any issues or roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner. The Implementation Manager provides regular updates and progress reports to both the client and internal stakeholders. Their goal is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for the client from the initial setup to full utilization of the product, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and success.
Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field
- Proven experience in technical project management, consulting or implementation management
- Exceptional problem-solving, solution designing and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Experience in Complexity Management, Technical Portfolio Management, Product Management or Product Mining is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus)
Data
Analyst
The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting customers’ data to provide valuable insights and drive informed decision-making. They are responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources (ERP, BW, Reports), ingesting it into the analysis pipeline, mapping it to existing data models and generating tailored solutions.
Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
- Comprehensive experience with Databricks, PySpark, Azure Suite, Python and SQL
- Strong knowledge of Development Ops practices and tools
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
- Communication skills and teamwork are critical for effective collaboration with other teams and customers
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
